Implementation of capital reduction at Jyske Bank A/S

Silkeborg, 2017-09-05 12:47 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At Jyske Bank A/S' extraordinary general meeting held on 20 April 2017, a final decision was made to reduce Jyske Bank's share capital by a nominal value of DKK 58,809,550, corresponding to 5,880,955 shares of a nominal value of DKK 10. The capital reduction takes place through cancellation of own shares and will be spent on payment to capital owners.

 

The deadline for the company's creditors to lodge their claims in the company, cf. S.192(1) of the Danish Companies Act has now expired, and the company's Supervisory Board has therefore decided to implement the capital reduction. The capital reduction has today been registered at the Danish Business Authority.

 

After the capital reduction, the nominal share capital of Jyske Bank A/S amounts to DKK 891,590,440 distributed on 89,159,044 shares of a nominal value of DKK 10.
