SimCorp A/S – Share buyback program
In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount of up to EUR 10.0m (approx. DKK 74.6m) in the period from 2 September 2014 to 13 February 2015. The following transactions have been executed under the program:

Following above purchases, SimCorp holds 640,684 treasury shares corresponding to 1.54% of the share capital. Purchases for an amount of EUR 8.6m (approx. DKK 64.2m) remain to be executed under the program.
