Revised financial calendar 2015 – changed date for Q3 2015 release

Auriga changes the release date for announcing the interim report for Q3 2015 to Friday, October 30, 2015, around 8.00 CET (8 am Danish time) upon approval by the Board of Directors.

The reason is the significant reduction in the company’s level of activity, which is enabling earlier financial reporting.

It appears from the company announcement no. 6/2015 of April 27, 2015, that the release of the Q3 2015 report originally was planned for November 11, 2015, which is now canceled.

The revised financial calendar for 2015 is now:

February 20, 2015:                     Annual Report for 2014

March 18, 2015:                         Deadline for agenda items for the AGM 2015

April 30, 2015:                            Interim report, 1st quarter 2015

April 30, 2015:                            Annual General Meeting 2015

August 18, 2015:                        Interim report, 2nd quarter 2015

October 30, 2015:                     Interim report, 3rd quarter 2015
