Alm. Brand - weekly report on share buybacks
In the period 29 March 2016 to 1 April 2016, Alm. Brand bought own shares for a total amount of DKK 4.1 million as part of the share buyback programme of up to DKK 300 million announced on 1 December 2015. In aggregate, shares of DKK 112.1 million have been bought back, equivalent to 37.4% of the overall programme.
Under the share buyback programme, the following transactions were made during the period:

Danske Bank manages the share buyback programme, which is completed as a Safe Harbour scheme in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003.
Following the above transactions, Alm. Brand holds 6,590,289 own shares, equivalent to 3.8% of the share capital.
