TDC: Divestment of TDC Hosting completed
Today, TDC A/S announces that divestment of TDC Hosting (TDCH A/S) to Maj Invest Equity has been completed.
The condition for completion of the divestment was fulfilled with the Danish Competition Authority's approval on 17 February 2017.
The approval does not give rise to any changes to TDC's Guidance for 2017, which was announced on 6 February 2017.
