Ørsted's Financial Calendar 2019

Ørsted has planned the following release dates for the financial reports and the Annual General Meeting:

21 January 2019: Deadline for shareholders for submission of proposals for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting

31 January 2019: Annual report 2018

5 March 2019: Annual General Meeting

6 March 2019: Ørsted shares are expected to be traded without dividend

8 March 2019: Dividend is expected to be paid out

1 May 2019: Interim report for the first quarter of 2019

8 August 2019: Interim report for the first half-year of 2019

30 October 2019: Interim report for the first nine months of 2019

Financial reports are expected to be released around 8:00 (CET) on the days referred to.
