BRFkredit a/s ændrer udstedernavn til Jyske Realkredit A/S

BRFkredit a/s will change its issuer name to Jyske Realkredit A/S

On 21 June 2018 BRFkredit a/s changed its company name and primary name to Jyske Realkredit A/S. BRFkredit a/s remains as a secondary name for the company.

The company remains the same legal entity and counterparty with the same address, business registration number (CVR), LEI code, existing account numbers, etc. It is only the company name that has changed. The company remains a part of the Jyske Bank Group. No assignment nor transfer of contracts will take place.

As a consequence of the company's name change, the issuer name will change from BRFkredit a/s to Jyske Realkredit A/S as of 3 December 2018.

The issuer name will change to Jyske Realkredit A/S for all existing bonds issued by BRFkredit a/s. The ISINs for the individual bonds are unchanged when the bonds trades after the name change. The prospectus and supplements remains unchanged in the name of BRFkredit a/s.
