In accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, we disclose that today BlackRock, Inc. has notified Danske Bank that, at 28 January 2019, BlackRock, Inc. holds, indirectly via shares and other financial instruments with similar economic effect, 4.99% of the shares and the voting rights of Danske Bank A/S.
