APM sælger Roulunds Rubber Group
ContiTech AG, Hanover, will acquire Roulunds Rubber A/S, Odense, Denmark. Representatives of ContiTech AG and Roulunds Holding A/S signed on Saturday a corresponding purchase agreement, subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Roulunds Rubber A/S is a subsidiary of AP Moeller/Maersk Group, Denmark and achieved turnover of 70 million in 2005. Roulunds has 1,100 employees at locations in Europe and Asia. Roulunds produces power transmission belts for industrial and automotive applications.
