Transactions in connections with share buy-back program

Hoersholm, 2014-07-07 12:35 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --   On 15 January 2014 Chr. Hansen initiated a share buy-back program in compliance with the EU Commission Regulation no. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003 (the Safe Harbor regulation). The purpose of the share buy-back program is to adjust the capital structure by distributing excess capital to the shareholders. Under the program Chr. Hansen will buy-back shares for an amount of up to EUR 80,000,000 in the period from 15 January 2014 to 22 August 2014. The following transactions have been made under the program in the period 30 June 2014 to 4 July 2014:
