Genmab’s Financial Calendar for 2016

Copenhagen, Denmark; October 22, 2015 – Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announces its financial calendar for 2016 as follows:

Shareholders must submit any items for consideration for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting in writing to the Board of Directors no later than Wednesday, February 3, 2016.

Publication of the financial reports will be after 5:00 PM CET on the date of the event.
