Alm. Brand - weekly report on share buybacks
In the period 21 March 2016 to 23 March 2016, Alm. Brand bought own shares for a total amount of DKK 3.0 million as part of the share buyback programme of up to DKK 300 million announced on 1 December 2015. In aggregate, shares of DKK 108.0 million have been bought back, equivalent to 36.0% of the overall programme.
Under the share buyback programme, the following transactions were made during the period:

Danske Bank manages the share buyback programme, which is completed as a Safe Harbour scheme in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003.
Following the above transactions, Alm. Brand holds 6,459,181 own shares, equivalent to 3.7% of the share capital.
