Today Jyske Bank received the following announcement about a major shareholder:

Announcement about a change in a major shareholder's shareholding, cf. S.29 of the Danish Securities Trading, etc. Act

 "According to S.29 of the Danish Securities Trading, etc. Act, it is announced that on 6 September 2017 BRFholding A/S, business registration number (CVR) 13409730, Otto Mønsteds Gade 5, 1571 Copenhagen V, sold 4,752,000 shares of DKK 10, corresponding to 5.33% of the share capital of Jyske Bank A/S.

Following the sale, BRFholding A/S now holds 18,057,600 shares of DKK 10 in Jyske Bank A/S, corresponding to 20.25% of the share capital of Jyske Bank A/S. BRFholding A/S' voting rights are unchanged limited by the voting-right restrictions attached to the shares. BRFFonden, business registration number (CVR) 60720428, Otto Mønsteds Gade 5, 1571 Copenhagen V, owns 100% of the share capital and the voting rights in BRFholding A/S.

This announcement about a major shareholder was also submitted to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
