APM sælger Roulunds Rubber Group

ContiTech AG, Hanover, will acquire Roulunds Rubber A/S, Odense, Denmark. Representatives of ContiTech AG and Roulunds Holding A/S signed on Saturday a corresponding purchase agreement, subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Roulunds Rubber A/S is a subsidiary of AP Moeller/Maersk Group, Denmark and achieved turnover of 70 million € in 2005. Roulunds has 1,100 employees at locations in Europe and Asia. Roulunds produces power transmission belts for industrial and automotive applications.
