DFDS A/S has in week 9 purchased 46,083 own shares for DKK 11.3m as part of the share buyback programme of DKK 250m launched on 12 February 2016 and expiring latest on 17 August 2016, ref. company announcement no. 4/2016 of 12 February 2016.
The accumulated share buy-back of 163,467 shares for DKK 39.8m amounts to 15.9% of the programme.

The share buy-back programme is organised in compliance with the EU Commission’s Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 (Safe Harbour regulation for share buybacks).
