SHARE BUYBACK WEEK 15 2018 AND CANCELLATION OF PROGRAMME

DFDS A/S has in week 15 purchased 29,308 own shares for DKK 10.1m as part of the share buyback of DKK 400m launched on 8 February 2018 and expiring latest on 15 August 2018, ref. company announcement no. 11/2018 of 8 February 2018.

The accumulated buyback of 388,560 shares for DKK 132.3m amounts to 33.1% of the programme.

Following the purchase on 11 April 2018, DFDS' holding of own shares was 2,463,253 equal to 4.3% of the total number of shares of 57,000,000 on that date. Excluding own shares, the number of circulating shares was 54,536,747.

On 12 April 2018, the share buyback was cancelled as a consequence of the acquisition of U.N. Ro-Ro. On 18 April 2018, the reduction of the share capital as approved by DFDS A/S' general meeting on 19 March 2018 was registered. DFDS' holding of own shares is therefore now 1,463,253 equal to 2.6% of the total number of shares of 56,000,000.

The share buyback is organised in compliance with the European Commission Regulation 1052/2016 of 8 March 2016 (Safe Harbour regulation for share buybacks).
