UNAUDITED PRELIMINARY RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2018
The Board of Directors of Hexon Property PLC ("the Company") are pleased to announce that the Company has approved its Unaudited Preliminary Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2018.
The unaudited results are appended to this release and are also available on the Company's website http://www.hexonproperty.com/
In the twelve-month period to 31 December 2018, the Company recorded a loss of £36,876 reflecting the administrative costs incurred in the period. The Directors are pleased to note that subsequent to the year-end date, sales of the Company's Series A Bond have progressed and the Company expects to have raised sufficient funds to finance the commencement of the group's next project during the second quarter of 2019.
The Directors have a number of potential development sites under review and believe that the market continues to offer good opportunities for the type of development projects which Hexon seeks.
