Announcement of compulsory redemption of minority shareholders in BoConcept Holding A/S

At the request of the majority shareholder Layout Bidco A/S ("Layout Bidco"), a 100% owned subsidiary of Layout HoldCo A/S, BoConcept Holding A/S ("BoConcept") has today published the attached announcement of Layout Bidco's compulsory redemption of the minority shareholders in BoConcept in accordance with The Danish Companies Act sections 70 and 72.
